GAG ME WITH A SPOON

HEY everyone. Today is our last day of camp. It rained a little this moring....It seems like yesterday that we were checking in the dorms. We had an incredible church group time last night as Todd Adnew led our church group devotion. If you have never listened to Todd Agnew then you may recognize his popular song "Grace Like Rain" that plays quite often on WJIE and The River. Wade Morris, the camp Pastor, spoke on GRACE last night and Todd ended the service with the song "Grace Like Rain." It was really cool. Then we closed out the night with some Dominos Pizza at 11:30 pm.....

"AS IF" and "TO THE MAX"

We are continuing to have fun here at Student Life Camp. We have really enjoyed "LATE NITE" (some of us at least) and the acting team "All Things To All People." Last night, I joined Nelson Oliver, Sam King and Connor Logue in the MOSH PIT at Late Nite. We found out this morning that we weren't allowed to jump up and down in front of the stage because we were jumping on hardwood that covered the Orchestra Pit.....yeah.... Anyways...we really could have all fallen through last night. At one point Nelson did say to me...."It feels like the floor is moving a lot." We have also enjoyed the 80s sayings of the week like "to the Max" and "as if." Oh, by the way...Mollie Wilder was proposed to today in the cafeteria but she turned the guy down. And....Chris Cherry and Chelsea Logue's team are dominating in Recreation! We are excited that Todd Agnew will be leading our Church Group Time tonight. WORSHIP

Student Life has been great so far. Worship has been excellent!! Students are currently in Bible Study. We are enjoying our new experience. Over 800 students are here at Wheaton College from the United States. Students are focusing this week on their personal relationship with Christ. Pray for each of them as they study scripture and learn more about how they can serve God "Here and Now." Several of our older students are serving as Student Leaders in their Bible Studies. For example, Chelsea Logue and Chris Cherry are leading a group of 7-9 graders and they are doing a great job!
